Amazingly we are about a five to ten minute walk (1000-1500 feet) to three restaurants/bars.   All our reviews are based on our personal or guests’ experiences.

Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant and Joe’s Steak House: Here you can find Italian food and good steaks. Ambience is typical city décor nicely done. Lunch $5 to $8. Dinner cost is about $9 to $16 per person. Also pizza for dinning in or take-out. Hours are: Sunday, Wednesday., Thursday. Dinner, 5 to 8 PM Fri./Sat. Generally until 10:00 PM. Lunch is served. 11:30 to 2:00 PM on Fri/Sat/Sun. Closed Mon.+Tues. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner in the summer. (928) 476-3355.

Sportsman's Chalet: This is a fun, local bar.  The food includes general bar appetizers.  Come and enjoy the hospitality of the locals, dance, shoot pool, or throw some darts.  Call to find out when live entertainment is playing for your enjoyment. Hours are noon to close. (928) 476-2411Live bands frequently on weekends.

Strawberry Lodge: The lodge is widely known for its homemade pies, we think they’re great. The food is in generous proportions and tastes good. Ambiance is uniquely mountain in the family built establishment.  You can sit in a diner section or in the non-smoking restaurant.  Dinner’s main coarse is about $8 to $14 per person.  Hours are: 7AM to 7 PM (Sun-Thur) 8 PM Fri/Sat. We are a short drive to the following additional restaurants.

Mogollon Steakhouse: Located in Strawberry. The food here ranges from baked chicken to filet mignon.  Décor is a rustic mountain theme. The lounge features live bands.  Expect to pay $10 to $22 per person for your main course at dinner.  Hours are winter Wed – Fri (5PM – close) Sat/Sun 11AM- close.  Summer 11AM – close 7 days a week.  Reservations are strongly recommended.  (928) 476-3141

Cool Pines Cafe: Located in Pine. Take Hardscrabble road to Hall turn right about 100 feet down on the left. Typical small family café style. Fair quality. Open 6AM to 7:15 PM Closed Sundays. (928) 476-4480

Hot Stuff Pizza at Uncle Tom’s Shell: Located in Pine. Good, fast pizza & subs to go. Large supreme pizza & 2liter soda is about $15. (928) 476-3535. They now deliver to your cabin for $2 extra.

The Pine Deli: Located in Pine.  The food consists of cold and hot sandwiches, homemade soups and deli salads.  Also, rotisserie chickens, meats, cheeses, salads (sold by the LB), and homemade daily dinner specials offered.  Prices range from $7-12.  (928)476-3536.
 
The Randall House: Located in Pine. The food here is Excellent tasting and healthy. Our guests have voted it the best local breakfast or lunch. We think their food is great. The 1880’s pioneer house is nicely decorated including cutaway views of the wall construction. Highly recommended while visiting is here in the mountains.  Expect to pay about $4 to 8 per person for breakfast. Open Tues. through Sat. 7AM-4PM Sunday 8AM-2PM. (928) 476-4077. They also cater for your event.

Pine Verde Mexican Restuarant: Located in Pine. The restaurant provides a fun atmosphere and good food..  Nice ambiance.  They have free WiFi access.

Rimside Grill: Located in Pine on the south end of town.  This restaurant has good breakfast and a great fish fry on Fridays.  (928) 476-6458
