Snuggled in the pines, waiting for you at a perfect elevation of 6,100 feet. Our scenic hilltop resort is on the edge of the beautiful village of Strawberry, AZ, the last private land below the Mogollon Rim bordering the Tonto National Forest.

Our fourteen knotty-pine housekeeping cabins come equipped with chairs on the front deck as well as a picnic table and charcoal BBQ grill on the back patio.  A unique feature in our living room is the soaring rough-pine ceilings that are open two-stories above the living room to the top of the chalet. The rough sawn pine, vaulted living room ceilings make our cabins feel roomy, relaxing and cozy inside.  The living room has an air-conditioner in case of a heat-wave, queen sofa-sleeper, heater, free standing wood stove where you can watch the fire with Pine mountain logs (Duraflames) included, and cable TV.
Please Note - We provide a limited amount of Duraflame type logs per cabin per night from October through April. Guests are welcome to bring their own logs also, however, no real wood is allowed in cabins. If guest desires more than the resort provides the logs are for sale at the front office. Each kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots/pans and utensils for cooking simple meals. “In addition to the kitchen items mentioned above, a 22 quart electric roaster oven is available upon request for holiday meals.  Please keep in mind there is only a few and are provided on a first come first serve basis.”

The bedroom has a queen bed with a Serta "5-Star" or "Luxury Suite" mattress.  Also for cooler nights the bedroom has an electric heater.  Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower.  Usually for more than 2 people, our 2nd bedroom is an open sleeping loft with either a queen bed or two twin beds.  In addition to each cabin's charcoal grill, the resort provides several gas grills located throughout the property for shared use among the guests.  We keep our resort cabins clean and well maintained so you will enjoy your vacation getaway.

Here at our resort, we have hammocks in the trees, ping-pong, basketball, badminton, volleyball, tetherball, a flagstone patio with a campfire ring (Firewood Included), two separate swing-sets, hiking directly into the national forest and much more.  You may start the resort campfire at any time (weather/fire restrictions permitting).  We also supply a Visitor's Guide, hiking trail descriptions, swimming & fishing guide, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, dish soap, matches, duraflame, bathroom tissue, Kleenex, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen & bath towels, and bed linens.  Our resort is a 5-to-10 minute walk from several restaurants and bars.
