What You Get in the Wedding Package:
- Exclusive use of all 14 cabins for 2 nights. Our cabins will sleep up to seventy-eight (78) guests maximum when using all beds and the pull-out sofa beds, OR fifty (50) guests when using ONLY the beds. Includes all the normal cabin amenities, such as bedding, linens, etc.
- 6 Bonus Cabins on the day before the group arrives for the wedding party or family to arrive early, unload, and relax before everyone arrives. For example, for a weekend event you will receive 6 cabins for Thursday night.
- Exclusive use of the resort property for your event; includes the following:
- Picnic tables (19 total)
- Gas(2) and charcoal grills(14)
- Pallet Bar – includes service items such as ice tubs, scoops, plastic drink ware, etc.
- Folding Chairs provided for up to 125 guests (onsite ceremony use ONLY).
- Dance floor
- Wedding Arch
- Bistro square & Cabin-to-Cabin lighting included
- 20 Hanging Lanterns/Centerpieces
- Porta Potty Rentals for events exceeding 100 People.
- Umbrella Heaters
- Trash bins and removal during and after event.
- Firewood for your cabin fireplaces (weather permitting) and the outdoor campfire pit
- An Arizona state-certified bartender for up to four (4) hours of service. Each additional hour is $30. If you plan on serving alcohol, a bartender is required by law.
We want your guests to relax and have a great time, but we cannot allow guests to drink the night away and then get in their car and leave. The rule is if you’re going to drink, you must spend the night.
Weekday Weddings: $8,000+tax
Weekend Packages: $10,000+tax
July & Holiday Weekends(3 day events): $12,000+tax
