* Pricing does not include the required lodging for your event. All cabins must be booked either by you or your guests. To make this easy, we provide a guest lodging portal where your guests can reserve their cabins directly. Each guest reservation is applied toward your package, reducing your overall event cost.
**Weekday Event Surcharge: Sunday–Monday or Wednesday–Thursday events include a $1,000 + tax surcharge to cover the additional preparation and staffing needed to ensure your celebration is handled with the same care, professionalism, and seamless execution as all of our events.
*** Please note that all credit card charges are subject to a 3% processing fee per charge. In addition to all major credit cards, we do accept wire transfers and cashier’s checks for deposits and final payments. Personal Checks are not accepted.
